How the supplier portal works

A buyer sends you a request
When a buyer creates an RFQ and adds your company to the shortlist, the system emails you a personal link.

Your link is unique and time-limited
Each link is scoped to one supplier and expires after a configurable window (typically 1 week). Once you submit, the link can no longer be used.

No account required
You never create a password. The link is the proof — same pattern as a confirmation email. Quote or upload documents and you're done.
Can't find your link? Contact the buyer who invited you and ask them to resend the invitation. Portal links are issued individually per RFQ.
